Interakcia is an official Supporter of the Covenant of Mayors initiative. As part of the Covenant of Mayors – East project, we help the CoM signatories to develop and implement their Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs).

We have been professionally managing development projects for more than 13 years.

In addition to running its own projects, Interakcia's team provided project management and financial management services to beneficiaries of international technical assistance projects - for example, in large infrastructure projects as part of the European Union's cross-border cooperation programmes.

We provide expert support on various regional development issues, such as sustainable urban development and planning, energy efficiency, climate adaptation, urban mobility, smart cities, environmental education, inclusion, participatory policy planning.

We do our best to make our projects visible and participatory.

Members of our team were responsible for communication in more than 10 projects since 2008. In all our projects, our priority is to identify stakeholders and engage them in planning and implementation of activities.

We also develop communication strategies and conduct trainings on how to organize information campaigns on various topics.

For many years, we have been writing successful project proposals on various topics. Our proposals managed to secure funding from various donors for projects with budgets from 25,000 CAD to 2,000,000 USD.

We help projects to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework. We also perform mid-term and final evaluations of development projects.

Over the years, Interakcia's team has conducted more than 100 conferences, seminars, trainings and webinars on project development and management, planning and conduction of communication campaigns, various aspects of energy efficiency and climate change, environmental education, inclusion, urban development.

We can organize any type of event, from an in-depth training for a small group of participants to a high-level conference with several hundred attendees.
